Yes, our teethers are safe for babies. All our silicone are made of 100% food grade silicone, and its free from BPA, PVC, lead, phthalates & cadmium.

Can I change the design of the product if I purchase the gift box?

It is subjected to availability. Please contact us if you wish to do so :)

Can I customise my own gift box?

The items in our gift boxes are fixed, you can only change the design (subjected to availability) but not the product.

However, if you want specific items in your gift box, you may purchase the products, gift box and gift card separately.

Can I place an order through your social media?

All orders are only to be made through our website.

Can I still order if I need an order urgently the next day?

Please contact us if you need an order urgently. Please note that next day delivery charges will be SGD 15.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will reach you in 3-5 working days after payment is received.

What if an item in my order is faulty?

Please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will rectify and assist you from there.

What if an item in my order is wrong?

Please contact us and we will assist you from there.

What are the modes of payment?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, PAYNOW.

How do I make payment through PAYNOW?

Instructions will be given at checkout page. Please remember to take a screenshot as we will need it for verification through email.
